The grasshopper and the ant is about a lazy grasshopper one day singing tunes and laying in front of the sun all day. While he was lounging around,  he saw the ant caring corn and stock up food for the winter and the grasshopper laughed and wonder why the ants where gathering food in the summer when there was plenty of food to go around and he urged them to chill with him but the ants knew that there was work to be done so the summer month went by and winter came in a flash and as a surprise that grasshopper had no food and has dying of starvation then saw the ants chowing down on the corn and supplies they had for the winter months the moral of the story is that without hard work nothing can be succeeded and to be prepared for the tough days to come.
